  • Return Policy

    All purchases are final. In the rare case that one of your items arrives damaged, please send photos of the damaged item and the original packaging to info@abcollins.co. A replacement, similar in style and value will be sent to you.

  • Cancellation Policy

    Cancellations on orders that have not been shipped are accepted. Please email info@abcollins.co to confirm your cancellation request can be accommodated. End of month “Odd Sale” items are not included.

  • Shipping

    Our pieces are shipped via USPS and should arrive within 5 business days. At this time, we are only shipping domestically within the United States. Our goal is to add Canada and International shipped in early 2024.

  • Local Pick-Up

    Local pick-up is available as long as it is arranged prior to purchase. Please email info@abcollins.co to confirm.
